This project will be procured as a 100% Small Business set-aside solicitation under North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction and having a size standard of $39.50 Mil. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor and any incidentals to drill a water well for livestock use located on MD-240 allotment. The solicitation will be available publicly on Thursday, November 5, 2020. Per FAR 36.204, the estimated price range of the resultant construction project is less $25,000.
