JANITORIAL SERIVCES - HORTON AGENCY SERVICES: The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office, Horton Agency has a need for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and incidentals for Janitorial Services in accordance with the Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions. It is the Governments intention to award a fixed price contract with a base year and four option years. LOCATION: BIA, Horton Agency, 908 First St. East, Horton, KS 66439 SET A-SIDE: This solicitation is being issued as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises (Subpart 1480.8) that are also small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. Offers received from enterprises that are not both Indian economic enterprises and small business concerns will not be considered and will be rejected. As part of your offer, you must complete and return the Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form, see attachment. NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 561720, Janitorial Services, with a size standard of $19.5m.
