PUBLIC DEFENDER SERVICES-COURT OF INDIAN OFFENSES The Bureau of Indian Affairs has a need for a Contractor to provide Public Defender Services for the Courts of Indian Offenses, commonly referred to as the CFR Courts under the Southern Plains Regional Office. This solicitation is being issued as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises (Subpart 1480.8) that are also small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. Offers received from enterprises that are not both Indian economic enterprises and small business concerns will not be considered and will be rejected. As part of your offer, you must complete and return the Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form, see attachment. NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541110, Office of Lawyers, with a size standard of $12mil. All bidders will need to be registered in SAM at the time of bid opening under this NAICS Code. If not, your bid will not be considered. PROPOSAL SUBMITTALS: Proposals can be submitted via mail or hand delivered. No emails or faxes will be accepted. All Proposals are due January 17, 2020, 4:00 pm Central Standard time and should include the documents outlined in Section L of the solicitation.
