COVID-19 DEEP CLEANING SERVICES SERVICES: The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office, Anadarko Agency has a need for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and incidentals for the environmental cleaning and disinfectant services in accordance with the latest recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). All cleaning and sanitizing shall be provided as the commercial equivalent of a "deep cleaning" and in accordance with the Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions. LOCATION: BIA, Anadarko Agency; 124 E. Parker McKenzie Drive, Anadarko, OK 73005 - 14,000 square feet. BIA, Soil and Moisture Unit, 218 E. Parker McKenzie Drive, Anadarko, OK 73005 - 2,500 square feet. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Contractor will be required to complete all work during the first weekend after award. For more information see Section F. SET A-SIDE: This solicitation is being issued as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises (Subpart 1480.8) that are also small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. Offers received from enterprises that are not both Indian economic enterprises and small business concerns will not be considered and will be rejected.
