PROJECT TITLE: CONSTRUCTION OF A GRADE STABILIZATION SITE DESCRIPTION: Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials and incidentals for the installation of a pipe drop and the construction of a diversion terrace. This project is needed to control erosion caused by water run off from a crop field, in accordance with the statement of work, contract terms and conditions. PROJECT LOCATION: SW/4 SE/4, SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 14 NORTH, RANGE 21 WEST, I.M., Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. ATTACHMENTS: 1. Wage Rates 2. Plans/Specifications 3. FAR Clause 52.204-24 Rep; required to be submitted with bid. Those bids without the certification will be deemed unresponsive. MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: As required under FAR Part 36.204, Project Magnitude is under $30,000. Due to magnitude, a Pre-Solicitation is not required. Bids are to be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer, Jocelyn LittleChief. Project name and solicitation number should be cited in the subject line of the email. Email address is: Jocelyn.littlechief@bia.gov. NAICS CODE: The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238910- Site Preparation Contractors, with a size standard of $16.5m. SET ASIDE: This procurement is being set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Contractor will be required to be registered in SAM as a small business under the NAICS Code at the time of submitting a bid. DAVIS BACON ACT: Contractor is required to comply with the Davis Bacon Act. BONDING: The Government is expecting bids to be under $30k, therefore bonding is not required.
