CLASS III ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY - CHEYENNE AND ARAPAHO TRIBES The Bureau of Indian Affairs has a need for a Contractor to provide a Class III Archaeological Survey and Report under the jurisdiction of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes, in accordance with the Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions of the solicitation. This solicitation is being issued as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises (Subpart 1480.8) that are also small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be from such a concern. Offers received from enterprises that are not both Indian economic enterprises and small business concerns will not be considered and will be rejected. As part of your offer, you must complete and return the Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form, see attachment. NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services, with a size standard of $15mil. All bidders will need to be registered in SAM at the time of bid opening under this NAICS Code. If not, your bid will not be considered.
