PROJECT TITLE: REPLACEMENT OF STOREFRONT DOOR BUILDING 122 ROSS HALL DESCRIPTION: Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials and incidentals for the replacement of an existing Storefront Door, in accordance with the statement of work, contract terms and conditions. PROJECT LOCATION: Haskell Indian Nations University, Lawrence, KS, Douglas County. ATTACHMENTS: 1. Wage Rates MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: As required under FAR Part 36.204, Project Magnitude is $25,000 - $100,000. Due to magnitude, a Pre-Solicitation is not required. BID SCHEDULE: Bid to be submitted as a lump sum on Page 2 of the SF-1442. Bid can be submitted by mail or email to the Contracting Officer, Jocelyn LittleChief. Project name and solicitation number should be cited on the outside of the envelope or in the subject line of the email. Email address is : Jocelyn.littlechief@bia.gov. NAICS CODE: The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $36.50m. SET ASIDE: This procurement is being set-aside exclusely for Small Business Concerns. Contractor will be required to be registered in SAM as a small business under the NAICS Code at the time of submitting a bid. Contractor is required to comply with the Davis Bacon Act. BONDING: Alternative Payment Protection: If your bid is over $35,000, FAR Clause 52.228-13, Alternative Payment Protections, will apply, along with FAR Clause 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee.
