The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Great Plains Regional Office, Branch of Acquisitions is conducting market research and is issuing this announcement to seek potential sources who would be interested in providing Food Items on a frequent as-needed basis with a quick turnaround time for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Justice Services in multiple locations within North Dakota and South Dakota. Items may include, but not be limited to: meats (fresh or frozen), fruits (fresh, frozen and/or canned), vegetables (fresh, frozen, and/or canned), breads, condiments, seasonings, beverages, non-perishables, pastas, etc. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a solicitation announcement and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes include, but are not limited to: 311991, 311411, 311941, etc. Any interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and letter of interest to Courtney Davis via email at courtney.davis@bia.gov.
