The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Great Plains Regional Office, Branch of Acquisition is conducting market research and is issuing this announcement to seek potential sources who would be interested in providing Livestock Capture and Roundup Services for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pine Ridge Agency in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The contractor shall perform in accordance with standards outlined in the attached Statement of Work. This is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a solicitation announcement and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. As part of the requirements, the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the required services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115210 and the small business size standard is $8.0M. Contractors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database and have a positive standing.
