This procurement is being conducted pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; therefore, a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises in accordance with the Buy Indian act (25 U.S.C. 47). Only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Great Plains Regional Office intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial item purchase order in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Motor Grader for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Crow Creek Agency in Fort Thompson, South Dakota. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04.
