The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Great Plains Regional Office, Branch of Acquisition is conducting market research by issuing this announcement to seek potential sources who would be interested in providing Range Site & Range Condition Surveying Services for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Crow Creek Agency in Fort Thompson, South Dakota. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541690 and the small business size standard is $15M. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with standards outlined in the Statement of Work and with all applicable federal, state, tribal and local laws and regulations. This is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a solicitation announcement and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. As part of the requirements, the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary in the performance of the contract. Only electronic mail will be acceptable for submissions. No feedback or evaluations will be provided regarding such submissions. Any interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and letter of interest to Madisen Bourland via email at Madisen.Bourland@bia.gov. As part of your capability statement please include: company name; point of contact name, number, and email; ISBEE certification, if applicable; and indication of active System for Award Management (SAM) registration, including DUNS number.
