The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Great Plains Regional Office, Branch of Acquisitions is conducting market research and is issuing this announcement to seek potential sources who would be interested in providing Food Preparation and Delivery Services for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Justice Services (OJS), Fort Totten Agency in Fort Totten, North Dakota. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with standards outlined in the Statement of Work and with all applicable federal, state, tribal and local laws and regulations.
