The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Great Plains Regional Office, Branch of Acquisitions is conducting market research and is issuing this announcement to seek potential sources who would be interested in providing Transcription Services for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Justice Services (OJS), Pine Ridge Agency in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with standards outlined in the Statement of Work and with all applicable federal, state, tribal and local laws and regulations. This is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) AND Small Business set-aside Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a solicitation announcement and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. As part of the requirements, the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Transcription Services for the BIA, OJS, Pine Ridge Agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561410 and the small business size standard is $15.0M. Any interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and letter of interest to Madisen Bourland via email at Madisen.Bourland@bia.gov.
