The Embassy of the United States in Jakarta, Indonesia, will release a solicitation for Travel Management Services. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about mid or end of July 2024. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government intends to award an IDIQ contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of offers. If you are not already registered, please start the registration process as soon as you see this notice.
