The U.S. Department of State is seeking information from qualified manufacturers of molecular diagnostic platforms for laboratory services across Sub-Saharan Africa and potentially other countries under the America First Global Health Security strategy. Responses to the attached draft Performance Work Statement are optional and will inform the final solicitation, but will not be used for source selection. No budget amounts are specified in this RFI.
