Please refer to the attached supporting documents produced by INL contracted A&E firm including SOW, advertising documents as well as needed Technical and architectural plans that the bidding companies would refer to. the attachments include a table description of the project segments ordered by priority of implementation from A to D. please provide offers per so. This project has national security concerns regarding the sensitivities of the work and the site. Note: all bidders shall be vetted and cleared by the National Guard authorities before they are eligible for contract award and permitted to work on the premises. A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held the week of September 13, 2021.
