Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 19PM0724Q0061 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. Comodities to be acquiered: software, desktop, screens, and high performance scanners. The Government intends to award the offeror who meets or exceeds the specifications, and all conditions, and provides the best overall value: Lowest delivery time. Acceptable past performance. Offerors shall be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) database at https//www.sa.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
