The contractor will provide services related to customs clearance, receiving, handling, delivery and transport of diplomatic mail bags (DPO-Military) and Unclassified Diplomatic Pouches between the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala City and COMBEX-IM warehouses. The U.S. Government intends to award a one year Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price.
