Please be advised that if a vendor already replied to the GSA MAS IT RFI in March/April 2023 regarding the same activity, they do not have to reply to the SAM.gov RFI, as we have already received their interest and capability. This Request for Information (RFI) notice is issued as a part of market research being conducted by the Department of State (DoS) PRM in support for the management and operations of its RPC. PRM is interested in learning about systems, methodologies and components of overseas and domestic refugee case processing, Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and network support, software enhancement and maintenance, data analytics capabilities, and cybersecurity that may help bolster the performance and efficiency of its operations. This RFI notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Quote/Proposal (RFQ/P) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This RFI does not commit the government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the DoS is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ/P, if any is issued. Please see the additional two attachments for specific requirments and details.
