Chancery 3003- AC Chiller/AHU Service contract The US Embassy Bern is looking for Swiss Licensed HVAC Contractor to maintain 1 Carrier Chiller Model # 30HXC-130-A0351-PPE and 8 Each Stutz Air Handling Units (cooling cabinets) model # A72110 in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, and as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain the HVAC equipment in accordance with Carrier's specifications. the services of a trained HVAC mechanic on an Annual basis to check and repair equipment operation and perform scheduled and preventive maintenance; 24 hours/day, 7 days/week emergency response service; appropriate, next day, service in response to an HVAC malfunction trouble call; and after-hours emergency major callback service (equipment failure). The contract will be for one base year with four option years. The contractor and all employees shall have a current license and have a Carrier certification to work on Carrier compressors in Switzerland. The work requires access into the US Embassy, the contractor’s HVAC technicians shall be able to pass a local security check conducted by the US Government.
