INL seeks a U.S. vendor to procure, ship, install, and support a small-scale body-worn camera pilot for the Korps Politie Suriname under the Ministry of Justice and Security, based in Paramaribo. The contractor must provide at least 25 operational BWCs plus at least 10% spares and an on-premises digital evidence management system with server, encrypted local backup, and supporting infrastructure located entirely in Suriname. The work also includes cargo shipment to Paramaribo and customs brokerage, installation/configuration/acceptance testing, and role-based and train-the-trainer instruction in English and Dutch.
