FUEL GASOLINE FOR MP VEHICLES
The U.S. Embassy in Bogotá requires regular gasoline supply and delivery to its compound at Carrera 45 No. 24B-27 from December 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027. Deliveries must be made four to six times per month in trucks with 2,000–5,000 gallon capacity using Colombian standard hose/coupling connections. Order volume for the period ranges from a minimum of 1 gallon to a maximum of 45,000 gallons, and vendors must provide a price per gallon. Payment is Net 30 via EFT and vendor portal after invoice submission and fuel delivery. The contractor must manage all administrative and regulatory fuel procurement processes directly with the Colombian Ministry of Mines and Energy, including SICOM, while the Embassy uses official U.S. Government purchase orders rather than external contract formats.
