Only new, sealed, undamaged cartridges in original manufacturer packaging are acceptable; remanufactured, refilled, or compatible substitutes will not be accepted. Cartridges must have expiration dates at least 12 months after delivery, and the vendor must include a packing list showing part numbers and quantities.
