The U.S. Embassy Jakarta seeks competitive sales quotations for supplying required equipment, accessories, subscriptions, and warranty support. Complete specifications and requirements are provided in the attached Statement of Work and RFQ documents. Payment terms are Net 30 days after goods/services are received and a proper invoice is submitted. The RFQ is competitive, and the Embassy reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation that is too low or too high in price. A Purchase Order will be issued to the winning bidder.
