The U.S. Embassy Kingston seeks supply and delivery of headsets and accessories for an existing audio intercom system as a commercial supply acquisition under FAR Parts 12 and 13. Required items are 55 units each of Sennheiser 700319 or equal, Sennheiser 505785 or equal, and Beachtek BT-5XLR or equal, meeting specified broadcast, attenuation, microphone, cable, and connector requirements. Delivery is FOB Destination to the U.S. Embassy Kingston, 30 Munroe Road, Kingston 6, Jamaica, with the contractor responsible for all packaging, handling, transportation, and delivery costs. The Embassy will not arrange customs clearance or pay associated duties, taxes, fees, or other related charges; quotations must be in USD excluding duties/taxes and include delivery time, warranty information, and detailed product specifications. Payment will be made 30 days after receipt and acceptance of commodities and submission of a proper invoice, and interested firms must have active SAM registration and email quotations with NDAA889 representations.
