The U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi is seeking proposals from qualified venues to host its Independence Day event on November 18, 2026. Only four-star American-brand hotels located within 20 kilometers of the U.S. Embassy, with an indoor ballroom accommodating 500 to 1,000 guests in a cocktail-style setup, are eligible to bid. The venue must perform all services directly and may not subcontract, except for audio and video setup. The government will award a firm fixed-price purchase order. Interested offerors must submit their best, lowest, and final prices along with all required documentation via email.
