The contract will be awarded to the responsible company offering the lowest acceptable price, with discussions unlikely unless necessary. Quotations must be submitted electronically in PDF format, with file size limits and no download links, to a designated email address. Required submissions include the SF-1449, pricing, representations and certifications, any additional information requested, and NDAA 889 compliance certification, all in English. Incomplete quotations will not be considered.
