The U.S. Embassy in Turkmenistan intends to issue a future RFQ for swimming pool maintenance and water treatment at its Ashgabat facility. The contractor will provide full maintenance during the active swimming pool season, plus partial maintenance during the off-season and winterization period. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price award to the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible offeror, potentially without discussions. Interested vendors must be registered in SAM.gov with a valid UEI prior to award. No paper copies will be issued, and questions will only be accepted after the RFQ is released.
