The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine is seeking quotations for services to support a seminar to be held September 28–October 2, 2026, in Lviv, Ukraine. Required services include rental of a conference facility, technical support, catering, and accommodation. Interested vendors must submit quotations in English as a PDF via email, with required documentation such as facility descriptions and photos, menus, a detailed price quote, SAM registration/UEI or Express NDAA form, and Defense Base Act insurance acknowledgement.
