The Department of State plans multiple IDIQ awards for worldwide real estate brokerage and consulting services, with a two-year base and eight one-year options. Awards will be best value, with technical considerations more important than cost, and will not be set aside for small business. Each awardee is guaranteed a minimum of $25,000 over the entire contract period, and the overall ceiling for all awards is $35,000,000. Services will support DOS properties in every country where it has a presence, covering over 290 diplomatic posts worldwide, including brokerage, leasing, appraisals, feasibility studies, planning, disposal, and related real estate consulting. The RFP is expected to be posted on or around November 16, 2026.
