Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, and responsible quoter. Interested quoters must be authorized dealers, distributors, or representatives in Kuwait and must be able to register the vehicle and provide manufacturer-supported in-country warranty services. Required submissions include a completed pricing schedule, vehicle specifications and technical data, warranty information, and evidence of authorized dealer status.
