This contract covers regular inspection, maintenance, and testing of medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical equipment at a diplomatic Consulate. All core maintenance, switchovers, shutdowns, and functional testing must be performed outside regular business hours—such as nights after 18:00, weekends, or holidays—with only visual inspections of outdoor installations permitted during the day upon coordination. Deployed personnel must hold valid, manufacturer-specific certifications for Siemens systems (8DJH/8DH10, SIVACON/SENTRON, GEAFOL/Tumetic) and associated battery/charger systems. Strict security clearance and background checks are required for all personnel due to the facility's diplomatic status.
