The U.S. Embassy in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan intends to issue a forthcoming solicitation for the procurement of two new utility crossover vehicles (UTVs) with associated equipment and support services, to be delivered to the embassy. Only brand-new equipment will be accepted. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order awarded to the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible offeror, and the government may award without discussions. Interested offerors must maintain active SAM.gov registration with a valid UEI, and all documents will be available electronically on SAM.gov; questions will only be accepted after the official solicitation is issued.
