This is a sources sought notice for market research to identify potential suppliers of 9mm duty handguns and accessories for Ukrainian law enforcement (National Police and State Border Guard Service). The weapons must be fully compatible with U.S. federal law enforcement 9mm duty handguns, be assembled entirely by the original manufacturer with no aftermarket parts, and meet strict reliability, durability, and accuracy standards. Delivery will be from the vendor's warehouse in the United States (FOB Origin), with partial deliveries accepted; the first partial delivery must be ready within 90 days of order receipt, and final delivery is due no later than 300 days after contract award. Interested contractors must respond with company details, capabilities, and a specified delivery schedule, and must comply with ITAR and AECA export regulations.
