The U.S. Embassy Dili is seeking a qualified construction contractor to remove and replace existing interior floor tiles and associated baseboards at the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR). Bathroom floor and wall tiles are excluded from the scope of work. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and a competent English-speaking supervisor on-site during all working hours. All work must comply with applicable local codes, ANSI A108 standards, TCNA guidelines, and industry best practices. Performance will take place at the CMR in Dili.
