INL - Facility maintenance & Incinerator Retrofit support works
The U.S. Embassy San José, Costa Rica, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) intends to award one firm-fixed-price construction contract for infrastructure maintenance and incinerator retrofit support works at Ciudad Judicial, San Joaquín de Flores, Costa Rica. The work covers remodeled and modernized installations forming part of the Incinerator and the Industrial Building that houses it, including all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, quality control, safety oversight, and supervision. The objective is to help host nations strengthen infrastructure and specialized facilities for counter-narcotics operations and secure hazardous-material disposal. The contractor must complete all construction, testing, commissioning, training, punchlist items, and Final Acceptance within 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
