The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking qualified sellers to provide HVAC air filters under a fixed-price purchase order. Delivery for Mexican vendors is to Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico; for U.S. or international vendors, delivery should ideally be made directly to Hermosillo with all transportation and customs fees included, or alternatively to Brownsville, Texas. The government will evaluate bids based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, adding estimated transportation and customs costs for U.S. deliveries. All offerors must be registered in the SAM database prior to submitting an offer. The solicitation is not yet issued but will be posted on SAM.gov and the local Consulate website when available.
