INL Wet scrubber & recirculation water system for Incinerator Project
The U.S. Embassy San José, Costa Rica, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) intends to award one firm-fixed-price construction contract for a fully operational Wet Scrubber and Recirculation Water System at the industrial incinerator located at OIJ Ciudad Judicial, Heredia, Costa Rica. The project supports Costa Rican efforts to address transnational crime through equipment, training, expertise, and law enforcement cooperation. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, fabrication, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, integration, QA/QC, safety oversight, and supervision needed to deliver a safe, code-compliant, fully commissioned system with complete documentation. Final Acceptance must be achieved within 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
