This opportunity is for a complete electrical renovation at 75, Gregory’s Road, Colombo 7, including work on the Clubhouse, Tool Room, Guard House, and Generator Room. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and supervision for tasks such as panel modification, cabling, lighting installation, and integration of control systems. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on 12th May 2026 at the project location. The contractor must have an established local presence in Sri Lanka and provide on-site supervision, with mobilization required within 5 to 10 calendar days from notice to proceed. All travel and logistical costs are the contractor’s responsibility, and local warranty support must be maintained for the full warranty period.
