The U.S. Embassy in Conakry, Guinea requires a contractor to provide in-person, hands-on training for up to eight Embassy staff on the safe operation of a Caterpillar 272D2 Skid-Steer Loader. The training will last 1–3 days and must be conducted on-site at the U.S. Embassy Conakry. Instruction is preferred in French, though English may be accepted, and the instructor must pass a U.S. government security background check. All costs, including instructor fees, travel, visa, lodging, and materials, must be included in a single, fully burdened price. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
