The U.S. Department of State requires a contractor to provide Local Guard Services supporting the U.S. Mission in San Jose, ensuring a secure environment and protection of U.S. personnel, dependents, property, and assets. The contractor must provide organizational structure, management, and qualified staff sufficient to meet or exceed the Performance Work Statement, including preventing unauthorized access and deterring potential terrorist attacks. All contracted personnel must pass both a contractor-conducted background investigation and a separate U.S. Government background investigation. The anticipated period of performance is one base year plus four one-year option years, exercised at the Government’s sole discretion. Award will be made to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest evaluated price, with preference given to U.S. persons or U.S. Joint Venture Persons, and offerors must have active SAM.gov registration, including proper Joint Venture registration with UEI if applicable.
