The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs seeks a vendor to deliver a six-week Tactical Operations in Urban Terrain training program for Haitian National Police recruits in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The training will be integrated into three consecutive recruit courses (Courses 37, 38, and 39), each with approximately 1,200 recruits, over a one-year period of performance. The vendor must demonstrate the ability to deploy and perform services in-country within 30 days of award. The training location is at the Recruit Training Centre (Ecole Nationale de Police, ENP) in Port-au-Prince. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research only, not a solicitation for proposals.
