The U.S. Embassy in Sri Lanka seeks proposals from five-star hotels in Colombo to provide accommodation and conference facilities for a workshop from April 19-25, 2026. Priority will be given to U.S.-branded hotels, and the hotel property or its licensed management entity must submit the proposal directly. Payment will be processed within 3–4 weeks after the satisfactory completion of the conference, and prices must be exempt from VAT and SSCL. Offerors must be registered in the SAM.gov database, as required for offers over $30,000. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.
