This opportunity seeks professional services to certify seventeen polygraph examiners and establish/accredit a Vetting Training Center in accordance with American Polygraph Association standards, under the Police Integrity 360° Project. Performance will be in Quito, Ecuador. The U.S. Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, potentially without discussions. Offerors must be registered in SAM, submit in English electronically, and the successful offeror must obtain Defense Base Act insurance.
