Acquisition and delivery of security lights and equipment for nineteen (19) pickup trucks in Quito, Ecuador
The U.S. Embassy in Quito, Ecuador, through the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the acquisition and delivery of security lights and equipment for nineteen pickup trucks. All equipment must be delivered to the National Police Logistics Center in Quito, Ecuador, within 45 calendar days from the issuance of the purchase order. The vendor is responsible for delivering all new, unused equipment on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, providing a minimum one-year warranty valid in Ecuador, and having prior experience selling such equipment to police or emergency agencies. The payment terms are net 30 days after receipt and acceptance of the goods, with no advance payment.
