The U.S. Embassy in Dar es Salaam has a requirement for a qualified vendor to supply nine (9) camping tents (6 m × 4.5 m) suitable for sleeping accommodations for up to ten (10) people each. The tents must be constructed of 500 gsm ripstop canvas with a 600 gsm PVC tarpaulin floor, UV-resistant, and 100% waterproof. Delivery shall be made to the US Embassy in Dar es Salaam within three (3) weeks of contract award. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. Quotations are due by February 05, 2026 at 05:00 p.m. East Africa time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
