See Section I for the detailed specifications. Instructions to quoters: A.In order for your quotation to be considered, each offer must consist of the following: 1. Completed Pricing Table – Section I. 2. Completed Quoter’s Info – Section II. 3. Contractor’s certification regarding the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) clauses (52.204-24, 52-204-25 and 52-204- 26). See certification instructions in Exhibit A, highlighted in yellow. 4. A proof showing that US Contractor has already started the SAM registration process. SAM registration “System for Award Management” is required for contracts exceeding US$30,000.00.
