The objective of this contract is to conduct research and analysis on joint STEM publications and institutional partnerships between Brazilian and U.S. universities, identifying barriers, opportunities, and strategies to enhance long-term collaboration. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, facilities, supervision, and management necessary to design, execute, and deliver the research project, including literature/database review, in-depth interviews, qualitative data analysis, and preparation of a final written report. See complete SOW attached A pre-proposal conference will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams on September 12, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. (Brasília time).
