This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for providing unleaded fuel and diesel via a fleet card program. The work involves fulfilling the detailed Scope of Work found in Attachment A. To be considered, bidders must submit a completed SF-1449 form with its pricing section, along with Section 5 representations and certifications, and have an active SAM registration. Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted by Monday, January 12, 2026.
