This requirement is for the rental of a dedicated, professional, well-equipped event and conference space and associated facilities to support the year-long programming activities for U.S. Mission in Bangladesh’s Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) as an American Space of the U.S. Embassy Dhaka from September 30, 2025, to September 29, 2026. These activities will include high-level meetings, workshops, classroom sessions, training sessions, testing, information sessions, lectures, focus group discussions, panel discussions, exhibitions, film screenings, performing arts events, maker-space programming, and innovation-based programming. The venue must be located in the diplomatic enclave neighborhoods of Dhaka.
